We work with local Chicago architects to create homes that are designed to match other homes in the neighborhoods where we are building. We currently build a mix of 3 and 4-bedroom homes. All of our homes have two full baths and complete, unfinished basements. Click on the images below to see sample home plans in greater detail.

For families with accessibility challenges, such as a need for wheelchair access, we would change our plans to build a house suitable to the family's need.
