Jeff Jozwiak is Principal of Norcon, Inc., a firm that offers client-focused construction services for various types of new construction and renovation projects.
Mr. Jozwiak has worked in the construction industry for more than 25 years and has managed a wide range of construction projects. His resume includes commercial buildings, schools, mixed-use buildings, gymnasiums, stadium alterations, high-end residences, and tenant build-outs.
Prior to starting Norcon, Mr. Jozwiak was with Turner Construction and the Walsh Group, both large national corporations. His clients have included IBM, Northwestern University, The John Buck Company, The Comer Foundation, the Archdiocese of Chicago, and the Museum of Science and Industry.
In 2006, Norcon completed the construction of a new home for a needy family in five days for the ABC television show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. All services, staff time, labor, construction equipment, and materials were 100 percent donated and Norcon procured and managed the project from design through turnover to the family.
Mr. Jozwiak currently serves on the board of Sacred Heart School in Chicago and chairs its Building Committee. Mr. Jozwiak and Norcon have committed time and resources to numerous organizations including: Rebuilding Together, Chicago Cares, the Lincoln Park Shelter, and St. Clement Church.
A graduate of the University of Michigan's College of Engineering, Mr. Jozwiak is a member of the Chicago Architecture Foundation, the U.S. Green Building Council, and Landmarks Illinois. Six of his projects have received awards from the American Institute of Architects.
Mr. Jozwiak lives in Chicago with his wife, Lisa, and their three children.
